Math

We offer high quality math tutoring to the Monterey Bay Area for elementary school, middle school, high school and lower and upper division university math courses. Math is a very conceptual subject and one in which a student can benefit greatly by working through problems with a tutor. Students who do not understand math when it is taught by a teacher or lecturer often improve greatly when they are taught math by a tutor who can work through problems with them. The reason for this is that a tutor can see exactly where the student is having difficulty, and address their individual problems areas directly. A teacher on the other hand must teach to the entire class and cannot individualize their lessons to every student.
